Marcus Cope, P.E. has joined Fisher Associates, P.E., L.S., P.C. as a Design Engineer in our Civil Infrastructure Department. Mr. Cope has over seven years of experience with both private and public Clients. He has designed and drafted residential, commercial, municipal, and educational site layouts including erosion and sediment controls, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer needs, landscaping and lighting design.

William Anterline, III, EIT has joined Fisher Associates, P.E., L.S., P.C. as a Junior Engineer in our Civil Infrastructure Department. Mr. Anterline is a recent graduate of Clarkson University with a B.S. is Civil Engineering with duel concentrations in Structural and Architectural Engineering.
