Each year, Fisher hosts Intern Day to thank our interns for their hard work and contributions. Fisher funds an endowment scholarship through the Monroe Community College Foundation. The scholarship is awarded to a second-year student who is pursuing a degree in engineering and who shows promise for a future career in the field. This investment reflects our commitment to supporting our growing industry and helping students access meaningful educational opportunities.
Fisher supports students who are exploring careers in the STEAM fields. We collaborate with local schools through job shadowing days, classroom visits, and special events that introduce students to real-world work in engineering, architecture, planning, landscape architecture, and environmental science. These programs encourage early interest in technical careers and help build a strong future workforce.
