Construction Inspection

When you need oversight during construction, we provide the assurance you depend on to make sure that your projects are constructed according to your plans and specifications. We have construction inspection experience on buildings, commercial/ retail/industrial developments, roads, bridges, trails, water mains, sanitary sewers, and other types of similar projects.

Our inspectors are certified by the National Institute for the Certification of Engineering Technologies (NICET). This means that our employees have demonstrated their knowledge, experience, and professionalism by meeting established standards for construction inspection activities.  Our inspectors are certified by the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) and use the Manual for Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) to ensure that lane closures comply with traffic control regulations. Our 40-hour OSHA certified staff can provide oversight for the removal of hazardous waste materials, review special handling and disposal requirements, provide chain-of-custody record keeping, and review site-specific health and safety plans. With inspectors of every NICET level and with state, county, city, municipality and Industrial Development Agency experience, you can rely on us to provide professional oversight for your construction projects.
