We’re proud to announce that the Niagara Falls State Park Visitor Center project was recognized by the American Public Works Association, Western New York Branch with the award for Best Structures Project ($25M-$75M) at yesterday’s awards banquet!
As landscape architects for this transformative project, Fisher Associates helped design a landscape that seamlessly integrates with the park’s natural beauty while offering modern amenities and educational experiences. The redevelopment reimagines visitor orientation and wayfinding, incorporates versatile gathering spaces, and reflects the region’s unique geology and ecology—all while honoring Frederick Law Olmsted’s original vision.

Representing Fisher Associates at the event were John Reddington, RLA, Dana White, PE, and Ryan Kovac, RLA, SITES AP, ASLA.

We’re proud to have teamed with TYLin and other talented partners to bring this project to life. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this an incredible enhancement to an iconic destination!
