We are thrilled to announce that our CFO Dave Toole, has been selected as a 2024 Financial Leaders honoree, presented in partnership by the Rochester Business Journal and the Rochester Chapter of Financial Executives International.
The Financial Leaders program recognizes outstanding professionals who have excelled in their financial roles and made significant and impactful contributions to the Greater Rochester community throughout the past year.
Dave’s exceptional accomplishments in both domains truly exemplify his dedication and leadership. Since joining Fisher Associates in February 2023, Dave has made significant changes in our billing and accounts receivable processes that have improved the overall financial health of the company. When implementing these changes, he took the time to explain the reasons for the changes and the benefits to our employees and our company associated with the changes. He listened to feedback and made adjustments as needed. He consistently monitors the new processes and is always willing to assist anyone in understanding and meeting the expectations of the new processes. In just one year, he has made a significant positive impact on our company and is an asset to our leadership team
Outside of work, Dave is passionate about giving back to the community through his passion for sports. He was a youth coach from 2000-2020 for baseball, softball and basketball and has served as an official for men’s and women’s basketball at the high school and college levels for the past 27 years. In addition, he serves as the Treasurer of Community Place of Greater Rochester, a not-for-profit organization that provides a variety of services to inner city residents from youth to the elderly.
