Colin Harvey, EIT is a Civil Task Manager in Fisher’s Energy Group, focusing on Renewable Energy projects. His civil engineering experience includes grading plans, access roads, erosion and sediment controls, drainage improvements, highway intersection improvement plans, and assists in obtaining required permits and public water works. As a Civil Task Manager, he oversees the production of civil engineering tasks for our wind, solar and battery storage projects. During his five years at Fisher, he has worked on over 85 renewable energy projects.
