Dave acts as the client service manager here at Fisher Associates. He attended Penn Yann Academy. Dave’s experience includes acting as the last President New York State County Highway Superintendents Association (NYSCHSA), 13 year Executive Committee member, Chairman, Nominating and Website Committees. He has worked administration of all construction, maintenance and repair activities on Yates County’s 180 mile, 40 bridge transportation system. In addition to this, he managed ten Locally Administered Federal Aid bridge projects.
Prior to working at Yates County, he has15 years of experience with private contractors as Project Superintendent/Project Manager on a wide range of projects that included a steel truss bridge rehabilitation project, nuclear spent fuel rod storage facility, concrete superintendent on a USDA Soil Conservation Service flood control dam in West Virginia and new construction, rehab and start-up of several waste water and water filtration plants in NY and Pennsylvania
