Fisher Associates Welcomes Two New Shareholders

Congratulations to Fisher’s newest shareholders Patrick Minnaugh, PE and Elena DiCesare!
As our Accounting Manager, Elena has been instrumental in streamlining many of our accounting practices, including implementing our current accounting software. She has many deadline-driven responsibilities and consistently meets the deadlines, often working overtime to ensure that happens. Elena maintains a positive, can-do attitude and is quick to provide assistance to those who need it. She is detail-oriented, driven, a team player, and aspires to excellence in all she does.
As Structures Group Manager, Patrick oversees the structures staff across all offices and is responsible for assigning resources needed to meet project deadlines and juggling resources as necessary, in addition to completing project design work himself. He is an excellent mentor to our younger structural engineers, always taking the time to explain the necessary structural analysis processes. Patrick is conscientious and attentive to detail, ensuring the highest quality design is provided to our clients. He is a dedicated team player who upholds our Clientship philosophy both internally and externally.
