Join us as we welcome David Toole, CPA, to our leadership team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Dave offers a unique blend of skills in the areas of strategy, finance and operations.  With over 20 years of related experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Fisher Family. He has experience in all aspects of accounting and finance including strategic and financial planning, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and expense control.  Other areas of specialty include mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and contract negotiations.  He embraces a lead by example attitude using a strong team approach and commitment to excellence which aligns extremely well with Fisher’s Core Values. Dave was drawn to Fisher not only by the CFO opportunity, but by our strong culture which recognizes our employees as our most valuable asset and promotes a work environment of teamwork and respect.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology. In his personal life, he has been an active board member of Community Place of Greater Rochester, Inc. since 2017 and has officiated college and high school basketball for the last 25 years.
