Lisa Oliver, P.E. Appointed as Director of Fisher Associates’ Energy Sector: Spearheading Growth and Delivering Diverse Energy Solutions

Fisher Associates is excited to announce that Lisa Oliver, P.E. has been named Director of our Energy Sector overseeing our energy staff and the multi-disciplined teams that deliver our diverse energy-related services to our clients throughout North America.
Lisa is no stranger to the energy industry, having worked for nearly a decade for EDP Renewables as a Senior Civil Engineering Manager bringing wind farm projects from the development phase, through the design process, and into construction. In this role, Lisa was responsible for managing the civil design including roadway design, foundation design, geotechnical investigation, and surveying. Lisa was also involved in the coordination of the electrical design relative to the civil design and coordinated with the construction group to help get the projects online.
Joining Fisher Associates in 2018, Lisa continued in her capacity as a Senior Civil Engineering Manager on the consultant side leading numerous wind farm projects and multi-disciplined teams and growing Fisher’s client base for renewable work. Her passion for growing her staff, commitment to collaboration across all services, and dedication to our clients’ and Fisher’s success led to her being named Director.
In her new role, Lisa will be responsible for overseeing all operational functions of our Energy Sector, working collaboratively across all our services to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. She will also oversee the professional growth and development of the energy staff and expand our talent as needed to meet our growing workload. In addition, Lisa will be responsible for meeting the Energy Sector’s business development goals as they relate to the company’s strategic goals to grow our people, our services, and our geographies.
