Fisher Associates provided civil engineering and environmental services to support the development of a solar energy site in New York. The team prepared a site plan, grading and drainage design, and erosion and sediment control measures to obtain SPDES permit coverage. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was developed in accordance with NYSDEC General Permit requirements for construction activities. Fisher also supported regulatory filings, including preparation and submission of the Notice of Intent and Notice of Termination upon establishment of uniform perennial vegetation. Additional services included ecological coordination, access road design, and stormwater compliance inspections. Through integrated design and permitting support, Fisher helped ensure the project met environmental regulations while advancing renewable energy development.
