The Elmira Road project improved a 1.2-mile commercial corridor through pavement rehabilitation and signal upgrades. Fisher Associates evaluated existing conditions and designed targeted roadway reconstruction, utility improvements, and ADA-compliant pedestrian enhancements. Upgrades to signalized intersections and pedestrian facilities improved safety and accessibility for all users. The project extends the roadway’s service life while modernizing infrastructure to meet current standards.
