This comprehensive infrastructure project addressed deteriorating roadway and bridge conditions along key corridors in the City of Watertown. Fisher Associates designed roadway milling and resurfacing, ADA-compliant pedestrian upgrades, and rehabilitation of the Court Street Bridge over the Black River. Structural improvements included deck repairs, joint replacement, and corrosion mitigation to extend the bridge’s service life. The project significantly improved roadway quality, safety, and accessibility, ensuring long-term performance of critical transportation infrastructure.
