Project Story
Fisher Associates supported the development of the proposed Number Three Wind Farm, a 105.8 MW renewable energy project in northern New York. The project includes wind turbines and associated infrastructure such as access roads, collection and transmission lines, a switchyard, and staging areas across a mix of agricultural and forested land. Fisher’s Environmental team conducted wetland and watercourse delineations, invasive species surveys, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments across nearly 2,000 acres. These efforts informed project layout to balance energy production with environmental stewardship. Fisher also prepared mapping, technical documentation, and impact analyses to support the Joint Application Article 10 permitting process.
