Fisher Associates provided civil engineering and environmental services to support the development of a solar energy facility in New York. The team prepared a comprehensive site plan, along with grading and drainage designs and erosion and sediment control measures to obtain SPDES permit coverage. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was developed in accordance with NYSDEC General Permit requirements for construction activities. Fisher also managed regulatory coordination and filings, including preparation and submission of the Notice of Intent and Notice of Termination following establishment of uniform perennial vegetation. Additional services included ecological support, access road design, and stormwater compliance inspections to ensure adherence to environmental regulations throughout construction.
