Fisher Associates provided on-call construction observation services to the Town of Henrietta under a term contract supporting a wide range of municipal projects. Acting as the Town’s representative in the field, our team oversaw subdivision roadway construction, utility installations, and site development activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. Services included on-site observation of roadway construction, sanitary and storm sewer installations, and other critical infrastructure components. Fisher’s inspectors attended project meetings, documented progress, and maintained a strong focus on quality control.
