Fisher Associates supported the development of the Timber Road Wind Farm, a two-phase renewable energy project in Paulding County, Ohio. Timber Road II included 55 Vestas V100 turbines and was delivered on an accelerated schedule to meet ARRA funding requirements, with civil design completed in under one month and permitting secured within one week. Timber Road IV added 31 turbines, including Vestas V150 and V136 models, and was completed to support project commissioning. Across both phases, Fisher provided transportation planning for turbine delivery, stormwater design and inspections, and comprehensive surveying services. Additional support included regulatory permitting, site design, and erosion control. Fisher’s integrated services helped advance efficient project delivery while maintaining environmental compliance.
