Integrated with comprehensive utility and stormwater infrastructure systems

As a key anchor within the Station Twelve redevelopment, Whole Foods plays a central role in establishing the site as a premier lifestyle destination in Western New York. The integration of a high-demand grocery retailer required careful coordination of site access, utilities, and traffic circulation within an already complex mixed-use environment. Fisher Associates supported the design and implementation of critical infrastructure, ensuring the site could accommodate peak traffic demands while maintaining safe and efficient pedestrian connectivity. Utility planning and stormwater management were tailored to meet both tenant needs and broader site constraints. The result is a seamlessly integrated retail component that enhances the overall functionality and appeal of Station Twelve, contributing to a cohesive, modern destination for the surrounding community.
