Fisher Associates was part of a project team that developed the Infrastructure and Public Realm Master Plan for Downtown Buffalo. The Plan delineates a master list of streetscape and public space improvements and provides a strategic approach for implementation. The plan identifies opportunities to leverage public and private investment.
Fisher’s role included conducting an inventory of existing conditions, public engagement, key stakeholder meetings, creating a stakeholder database, and assistance with public meetings and workshops. Fisher also assisted with the identification of priorities for future infrastructure investment and with strategies for implementation.
