Project Story
DePaul Properties teamed with SWBR and Fisher to provide engineering design services for the development of a multi-family apartments/townhome residential development totaling 80 housing units. Engineering services included preparation of site, utility, and grading construction documents and specifications, City of Rome site plan approval support services, and Canal Authority stormwater discharge permitting support.
Fisher also provided a stormwater management design which included the design of an underground stormwater storage chamber system, two hydrodynamic stormwater separation treatment devices, and two bioretention areas. Before construction Fisher prepared the project SWPPP and supported DePaul Properties in acquiring the NYSDEC required stormwater permit for the project. Throughout construction Fisher provided construction administration services.
