Konar enlisted Fisher to provide civil/site engineering services for these industrial development projects. The Flex Building 2 project consisted of the preparation of the site, utility, and grading plans for a new +/-42,000 square foot flex office/warehouse building and associated parking lot, driveway, sidewalks, and site amenities. The Becker Road project consisted of the preparation of the site, utility, and grading plans for a new +/-700 foot long road and cul-de-sac.
Both projects required compliance with NYSDEC stormwater requirements for construction activities which brought about stormwater management design of a dry swale and bioretention area, designed concurrently for both projects.
For both projects, Fisher provided construction plans and specifications, project SWPPP, stormwater permitting support, SWPPP inspection services, and construction administration services for the project.
