I-81, I-690 Mattydale Right of Way Project

Project Story

Fisher, under contract with the NYS Department of Transportation, was tasked with this very complex right-of-way project.  The outcome of this project was to determine record highway boundaries and title ownership rights along this 3.3-mile section of I-81, Hiawatha Boulevard, Bear Street, and a portion of the NYS Thruway. Fisher’s exhaustive efforts resulted in the preparation of a detailed Right-of-Way Report where all title and ownership rights for the project were described in detail and final determination as to what agency or municipality had title or ownership rights to the individual highways or portions thereof.
