Project Story
National Grid is constructing a new electric substation in the Town of Harmony, Chautauqua County, New York. The New York State Department of Public Service (DPS) further advised National Grid that it will need to file an Article VII application (Application) and associated Environmental Management and Construction Plan (EM&CP) to support a petition to amend the existing Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need (CEC&PN) for the Dunkirk Falconer 160 115kV line, which will be tapped as part of the project. Fisher Associates was selected as the Licensing and Permitting Consultant to assist National Grid with this project.
