This project involved the rehabilitation of the powerhouse and pier foundations of the Mount Morris Dam, located on the Genesee River. Fisher Associates designed temporary shoring of a reinforced concrete slab spanning over a spillway between an abutment of the dam and the powerhouse foundation. The shoring provided a safe working surface for a 50-ton crane in a constrained site with limited access and resulted in no damage to the concrete slab.
