Fisher Associates was retained to provide construction engineering services for the rehabilitation of the Fairport Road (Route 31F) Bridge over Irondequoit Creek in the Town of Perinton, NY. Fisher developed erection plans for the new pre-fabricated steel girder with concrete slab super-structure (Inverset) units, designed a temporary sheet pile wall to support vehicular traffic during staged construction, and developed and designed a temporary pedestrian bridge to provide safe passage around the project site.
