Project Story

SUNY Fredonia desired to construct a new student housing facility on campus that embodies a unique feel and context of the campus. Fisher Associates was part of the design team selected to achieve their goals.

Fisher provided civil engineering design for the site layout, landscape architecture, site utilities and stormwater management facilities. This included the design of a new sanitary pump station and approximately 700 feet of sanitary forcemain on campus. A Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was developed to meet the requirements of the General Permit for stormwater discharges. Fisher also prepared construction contract documents, including plans and specifications, and construction cost estimates. Fisher Associates also assisted DASNY staff with preparation of SEQR documents. Our other services included survey and topographic mapping of the project area.
