Dave Plante, AICP CEP, is the Director of Energy at Fisher Associates. He leads the Energy Group, focusing on delivering efficient, cost-effective solutions and driving the growth and development of the team. Dave’s leadership reflects Fisher Associates’ commitment to sustainability, innovation, and exceptional client service.
With a strong background in environmental and land use planning, Dave has extensive experience in the energy sector, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing environmental planning and engineering projects for Oil & Gas, Renewable, and Utility clients. He has also implemented critical environmental regulations and developed guidelines for solar power and energy storage projects.
Dave holds a Master of Regional Planning degree with a concentration in Environmental Planning from the University at Albany – State University of New York and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from Siena College. His passion for fostering team development and expanding client opportunities makes him a valuable leader as Fisher Associates continues to grow its energy services and deliver impactful solutions.
