At Fisher Associates, leadership is fueled by purpose. I chose civil engineering because I wanted to make a lasting, positive impact—and I found the perfect place to do just that. Fisher’s core purpose—cultivating our gifts to create a legacy of infrastructure that improves quality of life—isn’t just a statement, it’s how we live and lead every day. Whether it’s designing safer sidewalks for children headed to the local ice cream shop, creating roads that help families reconnect across long distances, or making sure everyday journeys happen smoothly and safely—our work touches lives in meaningful ways. That mission inspires me to lead with dedication, honesty, and compassion. When you know your work supports people in living fully—without worrying about how they’ll get there—it becomes more than a job. It’s a calling.
