Glenn Harvey, PE is the Director of Land Development at Fisher Associates. He leads the Land Development practice, focusing on elevating service delivery, driving operational excellence, and guiding the continued growth and development of the team. Glenn’s leadership reflects Fisher Associates’ commitment to collaboration, technical excellence, and exceptional client service.
With nearly 30 years of experience in civil engineering and land development, Glenn has managed complex site development programs across a broad range of markets and geographies. His expertise includes guiding multidisciplinary teams, streamlining project delivery, improving operational processes, and cultivating strong, long-term client partnerships. He has extensive experience overseeing large-scale site development programs, delivering solutions that balance technical rigor, efficient execution, and client-focused outcomes.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University’s L.C. Smith College of Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in more than 40 states. His professional affiliations include the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
