Brook Bertig-Coll is the Director of Environmental at Fisher Associates P.E., L.S., L.A., D.P.C.‘s. She has over 25 years of experience, offering comprehensively balanced and practical solutions given her broad range of environmental expertise working on routine and complex projects for power, oil and gas, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial markets. As Director, Brook oversees a diverse team of highly experienced practitioners specializing in wetland and watercourse delineations, regulatory permitting and agency consultations, siting and licensing, ecological surveys, NEPA environmental impact assessments, and site investigation and remediation in support of a range of public and private sector projects throughout a project’s life cycle throughout the Northeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic states.
Brook has been with the company since September of 2018. She has previously served as both a Client Account and Group Manager and has extensive experience in environmental permitting and regulatory processes and policies, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) siting and licensing, All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, environmental compliance auditing, Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, ecological services, peer review and technical writing. Brook’s diverse background and leadership skills, coupled with her multi-disciplinary team’s in-depth knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and resource management issues provides clients with successful results.
Brook earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
