Brook Bertig-Coll is an accomplished environmental professional serving as the Director of Environmental at Fisher Associates P.E., L.S., L.A., D.P.C. With an impressive track record, Brook brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, offering a comprehensive and practical approach to environmental challenges across a wide spectrum of projects in the power, oil and gas, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial sectors.
In her role as Director, Brook leads a diverse team of highly skilled practitioners who specialize in various areas, including wetland and watercourse delineations, regulatory permitting and agency consultations, siting and licensing, ecological surveys, NEPA environmental impact assessments, and site investigation and remediation. This exceptional team, under Brook’s guidance, consistently delivers successful outcomes throughout all stages of project lifecycles, spanning the Northeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic states.
Brook’s tenure with Fisher Associates began in September 2018, and she has since made significant contributions to the company’s success. Prior to assuming her current position, she served as a Client Account and Group Manager, showcasing her expertise in environmental permitting, regulatory processes, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) siting and licensing, All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, environmental compliance auditing, Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, ecological services, peer review, and technical writing.
Notably, Brook’s outstanding leadership skills are complemented by her diverse background and in-depth knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and resource management issues. This unique combination enables her to provide clients with tailored and effective solutions that yield successful results.
