Ed Kostowniak, P.E.
Vice President, Director of EnergyEd Kostowniak, P.E. is a Vice President and the Director of the Energy Market Sector at Fisher Associates. Ed brings over 25 years of experience to his role. In his position, he ensures that the Energy Team is delivering powerful client experiences by providing quality, tailored solutions; proactively identifying and planning for potential project risks; being accessible, attentive, responsive, and following through on all commitments made; and advocating for clients and ensuring that their best interest is always top of mind.
Since joining the Fisher Family in November of 2011, Ed has been an asset to the company. His experience includes engineering design, permitting, and construction oversight, with linear utilities and renewable energy project across the United States. Under his direction, Fisher has obtained an outstanding track record of ensuring projects maintain compliance with environmental permits, are completed on schedule, and within budgetary constraints.
Ed earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from State University of New York Utica and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction and Engineering Management from State University of New York Buffalo. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Pennsylvania.
