Jamestown, New York

 

This project included reconductoring of approximately 6 miles along the 115 kV electric transmission line right-of-way. The project required wetland and stream delineations of the entire 6 miles of right-of-way. Environmental Permits were prepared for crossing NYSDEC wetlands and protected streams. Construction efforts are estimated to take 4 months.

National Grid Five Mile Substation

Cattaraugus County, New York

 

The proposed Project involves construction of a new 345 kV to 115 kV station located in Cattaraugus County, New York. Fisher's prepared the environmental and other supporting exhibits for Article VII application. Visual rendering were required of the new substation and the surrounding transmission line structures.

Rome Substation Rebuild

Rome, New York

 

This project included rebuilding an existing electrical substation in the City of Rome, NY. Stormwater permitting was prepared including Post Construction Stormwater Management. Project required extensive coordination for relocation of existing facilities.

Porter-Rotterdam Line 31

Herkimer County, New York

 

This project included replacement of approximately existing steel structures in various locations to comply with conductor clearance requirements for 230 kV electric transmission lines. The project was approximately 90 miles in length, starting near in Rotterdam, NY and terminating near Utica, NY. Environmental Permits were prepared for crossing NYSDEC wetlands and protected streams.
